Community Volunteer Team Calendar

“SF Marin Food Bank collects thousands of pounds of food from local growers, businesses, and other places throughout San Francisco and distributes the fresh food to people in need.”

This month, work with the Food Bank in their warehouse to organize and package food for families in need! Clothing: Please wear comfortable, close-toed shoes and warm clothes.

“At Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco we help over 7,000 homeless and low-income people every year. We provide housing, jobs, shelter, and essential services to help someone get off the street and stay off the street.”

This month, help sort groceries and provide lunch service at Canon Kip Senior Center!

“San Francisco’s Tenderloin District (Tenderloin) is one of the only neighborhoods in the city of San Francisco without a full-service grocery store, making access to fresh, affordable food a daily struggle for the many low-income residents of the Tenderloin. Over 30,000 residents, including families and children, live in the Tenderloin.”

Help maintain the People’s Garden, a source of fresh, healthy produce for the Tenderloin community!
