SF Botanical Garden (SFBG6)
1199 9th Ave.“Welcome to San Francisco Botanical Garden, a living museum within Golden Gate Park, offering 55 acres of both landscaped gardens and open spaces, showcasing over 8,000 different kinds of plants from around the world.”
Join as in working at Golden Gate Park’s Botanical Garden! Activities include weeding, mulching, planting and more! Be sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, and bring a hat and water bottle if possible!

Project Open Hand (POH2)
Our shift will begin with an educational orientation and a complimentary lunch. We will volunteer in Project Open Hand’s Grocery Center and Kitchen. Our tasks may include sorting, bagging, culling food items, stocking the Grocery Center shelves, shopping for the clients or assisting in the kitchen during special projects. We may also slice and dice whole foods and help assembling meal packages for clients to pick up.
