We pride ourselves on building a team that’s based on diversity, opportunity, and second chances. Our staff members bring a wide variety of experience and a commitment to our mission-driven work. As an organization, we are committed to learning from the insight and talents of our residents who have experienced homelessness, and hire extensively from the community we serve. Many of our staff have graduated from our job training programs.
Each of our more than 200 dedicated staff members within 17 buildings and three administrative offices across San Francisco play a critical role in keeping our doors open and programs running. Working together as one collective team, we advocate, we build community, and we create opportunity – to pave the way for a brighter future for the city we love.
