How to Obtain Housing with Community Housing Partnership

There are several different ways to obtain housing with Community Housing Partnership. Please contact the Community Housing Partnership's Occupancy staff at 415.563.3205 x123 or x116 with questions.

Apply directly to the Senator, San Cristina, Iroquois and Jordan residence waiting lists*:

Applications are available for pick-up at the SENATOR RESIDENCE (519 Ellis Street, San Francisco, CA 94109) from Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm at the Front Desk or click here to download a single adult application and click here to download a multiple household application.

Apply directly to Hamlin and Cambridge residence waiting lists*:

Applications are available for pick-up at the HAMLIN (385 Eddy Street, San Francisco, CA 94102) or CAMBRIDGE (473 Ellis Street, San Francisco, CA 94102) from Monday through Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm at the Front Desk or click here to download a single adult application for the Hamlin or click here for the Cambridge.

WHERE TO RETURN YOUR APPLICATION:

In person at the SENATOR RESIDENCE (519 Ellis Street, San Francisco, CA 94109) from Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm at the Front Desk or via mail to the CHP, Attn: Occupancy Division, 519 Ellis Street, San Francisco, CA 94109
